In Relation to Data service usage we offer free of charge usages notification which will inform you when you reach usage of 50,85 and 100%. These notifications will be sent to you within 48 Hours of reaching the set usage points of 50, 85 and 100%.

This tool has been made available to assist in preventing overuse of service where you may be unaware and incur additional charge for over utilisation of your data service.

These notification are sent your designated email address supplied to us.

Your may opt out of these usage notification by emailing support@opengateway.net.au or logging your request by our online request tracker at www.ognetwork.net.au
